Danish-born photographer Karen Rosetzsky took on photography at the age of fourteen, when her father gave her her first camera for her birthday. Being raised in a forest twenty kilometres out of Copenhagen, her first pictures were far from fashionable. After attending the Danish Photography Academy, she started working and assisting at Schiller & Co., a Copenhagen-based photography agency. In 2000, she moved to Holland (the things you do for love) and started working for Elle Magazine and for several bands and artists in both Holland and Denmark.
“I’ve always been been inspired by music and by photography that delivers that ‘rock and roll’ feel ” she states and, frankly, it’s impossible not to notice these influences!
